 1 INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
 1.1 FC ecom., With its registered office at Ludovita Starka 2864, Trenčín 911 05, IČO: 51 750 155, company registration number 36568 / R ("FACTCOOL" or "we") ensures the protection of personal data of its customers in accordance with the relevant legal provisions regarding data protection. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process and protect our Customers' personal data when browsing our Site and / or purchasing our Products.
 1.2 Words in capital letters that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning described in the General Regulations.
  
 2 WHAT USER DATA WE CAN COLLECT
 2.1 We may collect and process the following data:
a) Personal data provided to us by the user via the forms on the Website. They include information provided when registering on the Website or placing an order through the Website. In addition, we may ask you for Personal Data when you report a problem with our Site.
b) We may keep the correspondence sent to us.
c) We may keep records of telephone conversations for training purposes.

Data operators will be available on our Website and the user agrees to obtain, collect, distribute, register, organize, adapt or change, download, consult, reconcile, connect, transmit, use, store, block, destroy and handle the flow of this personal data between national borders.

b) In the event that a third party purchases FACTCOOL or most of the FACTCOOL assets, all personal data about FACTCOOL customers will be one of the transferred assets.

 7 DATA STORAGE
 7.1 You agree that we may transfer and store the data you provide to places outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). In addition, this data may be processed by employees outside the EEA who are employed by us or one of our suppliers. Such employees may be involved in, inter alia, the fulfillment of orders placed, the processing of payment data, and the provision of assistance services. By submitting your personal data, you consent to such transfer, storage and processing. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that personal data is processed in a safe manner and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

You can cancel your registration completely, request a modification of your details, or opt out of receiving any marketing communication from us or selected third parties by sending an email to kontakt@factcool.com.
 9.2 You have the right to ask us to stop processing your data for marketing purposes. We usually inform you (by collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to share it with third parties for such use. The user may exercise the right to object to such data processing by checking the appropriate boxes in the forms with which we collect user data. In addition, the user may exercise this right at any time by sending us an e-mail to the address kontakt@factcool.com.
 9.3 You have the right to access your information that we store about you. The user may exercise this right in accordance with applicable law. However, if your request is clearly unfounded, excessive or frequent, we may:
(a) charge a reasonable amount based on the administrative costs of carrying out the requested activity;
